Cancellation Policy:
  • Received 7 days prior to the course: fee is refunded less a $25.00 administrative fee.
  • Received less than seven days prior: no refund.
  • In the event an emergency makes the course instructor unavailable and a qualified substitute cannot be found, we will reschedule you into a future program or issue a full refund.

TNCC and ENPC Cancellation Policy:
  • Received 60 days or more prior to the course: fee is refunded less a $25.00 administrative fee.
  • Received less than sixty days prior: no refund.
